Kyriacos Kourtellos is the Founder and Director of K. A. Kourtellos & Co LLC.

Expertise:

Kyriacos has extensive experience in high-value, local and cross-border business structuring, project development and transactional work, across a wide range of industries and sectors. He is a trusted advisor to clients ranging from affluent individuals and family offices, to start-ups, SMEs, and large organisations.

Career:

Prior to founding K. A. Kourtellos & Co LLC, he trained at a leading litigation practice and then held roles for several years in the Corporate, Commercial and Energy departments of top-tier and Big 4 law firms in Cyprus. He established the Firm to be in a suitable position to provide premium legal counsel with personal attention to exclusive clientele.

• Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus, 2011

Advisor

Daniela Malkova is an Advisor in the Project Management department of K. A. Kourtellos & Co LLC. 

Experience:

With prior experience from a leading Czech steel and wire fabrication company, Daniela joined the firm in 2022.

Expertise:

Daniela works with the legal teams of the firm to ensure first-class service delivery and successful execution. She is responsible for managing resources and monitoring progress throughout the lifecycle of a project, from inception to completion. Her strategic role enables the firm to optimize the management of cost, pricing, risk, resources and client communications. 

Education:

Daniela has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Human Resources from the University of Economics and Management of Prague in the Czech Republic.
