There has been remarkable progress in Cyprus in the development of renewable energy projects, including photovoltaics and wind farms. Electricity from renewable sources is widely encouraged in Cyprus through several local and EU policies that support development, installation and use of RES installations. Cyprus is also at the heart of a region with natural gas discoveries in its Exclusive Economic Zone, with exploration and exploitation underway in the wider region.

Our Founder was awarded an LLM in Environmental Law by Queen Mary University of London with particular focus on EU Environmental Law, International Natural Resources Law and International Law of the Sea.
