With over 15 years of experience in international business structuring, project development, and transactional work across diverse industries, Kyriacos brings a strategic, multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal and commercial matters. He also serves in board and executive roles within multinational groups, and is a published author in leading journals on corporate governance, financial regulation and natural resources law.
His background spans senior positions at top-tier and Big 4 law firms, and he now leads our boutique law firm advising private clients, family offices and multinational corporations on high-stakes affairs.
Kyriacos obtained an LLB from the University of Leicester (2009), was called to the Bar of England & Wales by The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn (2010) and qualified as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus as a member of the Cyprus and Limassol Bar Associations (2011). He was also awarded an LLM by Queen Mary University of London (2012).
