Background and Expertise
Kyriacos obtained an LLB from the University of Leicester (2009), was called to the Bar of England & Wales by The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn (2010) and qualified as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and Limassol Bar Association (2011). He was also awarded an LLM by Queen Mary University of London (2012).
His background spans senior positions at top-tier and Big 4 law firms, and he now leads our boutique law firm advising private clients, family offices and multinational corporations on both personal and business affairs.
With over 15 years of experience in international business structuring, project development, and transactional work across diverse industries, Kyriacos brings a strategic, multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal and commercial matters. He also serves in board and executive roles within multinational groups, and is a published author in leading journals on corporate governance, financial regulation and natural resources law.
