Kyriacos is the Managing Director of Kourtellos & Co. With over 15 years of experience in high-value business structuring, cross-border transactional work and private client affairs, he brings a strategic, multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal and commercial matters.
Biography
Kyriacos was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln's Inn and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate in Cyprus. He is a member of the Cyprus and Limassol Bar Associations, and holds an LLB from the University of Leicester and an LLM in Environmental Law from Queen Mary University of London.
Prior to founding Kourtellos & Co, he trained at a leading Cyprus litigation practice and held key roles in the Corporate, Commercial and Energy departments of top-tier and Big 4 law firms. Alongside his practice, he serves in board, executive and general counsel roles within multinational groups and is a published author in leading journals on corporate governance, financial regulation and natural resources law.
Experience
Over 15 years advising international private clients and businesses on complex local and cross-border matters, primarily involving corporate joint ventures, real estate acquisitions and disposals, and private wealth affairs. Clients have included high-net-worth individuals, family offices, international investors and household-name organisations across multiple jurisdictions.
